I picked up a few plants and didn’t expect much from the planting advice, but it actually helped a lot. It made everything way less confusing, and so far all the plants are growing really well. Such a nice surprise.

I ordered a few plants and the shipping was fine, nothing really to complain about there. But the plants themselves were hit or miss. About half are doing okay now, while the others looked weak when they showed up and didn’t survive, even after I watered them and kept them in the shade. What’s frustrating is the site makes it sound like everything will arrive healthy and bounce back, but the promises are kind of vague when that doesn’t actually happen. Not the worst experience, but for the price, I expected better.

I was surprised the shipping wasn’t crazy, crazy expensive like it is on some other plant sites. The price felt fair for what I ordered, and everything showed up just fine. If newgardenplants keeps the shipping like this, I’d definitely order again

I’d been trying to find a few plants that were sold out pretty much everywhere else, and newgardenplants actually had them in stock... so that’s what got me to order. The site was simple enough to use and it was nice not having to keep bouncing around looking. overall, happy with the experience

I mean, yeah, the description was really accurate. The plant size and color were basically exactly what I received, which was nice because sometimes you’re kind of guessing with these things. No surprises here, just pretty much what I expected

The plants showed up with really nice roots, not dried out or mushy at all, which surprised me a bit. I got them in the ground the same day and they seem to be doing well so far. I obviously can’t say how they’ll hold up long term yet, but based on what I’ve seen, I’d order again
